Biography

Rob Vember is a multi-award winning broadcaster having worked for some of South Africa's most iconic media brands across radio and television. Rob holds a degree in Journalism & Media Studies, and Politics from Rhodes University in South Africa's Eastern Cape Province, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business. Rob's MBA journey took him to the United States where he spent a semester studying international business at The George Washington University. He serves as Senior Advisor to the Washington D.C. based Global Business School Network, an organisation whose mission is to improve management and entrepreneurial education in the developing world. In addition to his role as Patron of The Chaeli Campaign––an NGO focused on mobilising the minds and bodies of children with disabilities, Rob is an Advisory Board member for Management Skills for Wildlife Conservation, a non-profit aimed at empowering local African community members to manage conservancies.
