Biography
Peter Clavers Otieno is an education researcher with qualifications in Edtech and programmatic interventions and over 10 years in litereacy and numeracy interventions, teacher professional development and policy informing interventions. In his work, Peter has been instrumental in contributing to the generation of evidence leading to scale up of digital-based projects. Peter has worked across different research organizations and in liaison with the governments. Currently, peter leads the regional programs at Worldreader. Peter has authored and presented different research papers with the most recent one being presented at the CIES in Washington DC, USA.
