Biography
M'hammed Razougui, an expert in educational technologies, is Head of the Division for piloting and experimenting with digital projects at the Ministry of National Education. He has extensive experience in managing digital projects at national level, and has piloted a number of strategic initiatives in the field of ICTE. As a trainer, online tutor and designer of digital courses, he is involved in training projects for teachers and students on the use of educational technologies, through distance and face-to-face training schemes, and chairs two associations dedicated to improving digital skills in teaching
