Biography
Laura Kyongo is the Country Director at Groundbreaker Talents Uganda, where she leads inclusive workforce initiatives and gender-responsive tech training for young African women. With over 10 years of strategic leadership experience in workforce readiness, youth employment, and partnership development, Laura has championed collaborations with key stakeholders. Under her leadership, Groundbreaker alumni have achieved 100% placement in tech roles across Uganda and beyond with exponential income growth. Laura is a passionate advocate for equitable opportunity, serving as a mentor and public speaker on employability, women in tech, and development innovation in Africa.
