Biography

Sigauke Judith is a dedicated researcher and advocate focused on promoting gender equality in education, especially in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). With expertise in education, gender studies, and engineering], she has committed her career to understanding and overcoming the obstacles that restrict girls’ access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs in Zimbabwe. Sigauke Judith has spearheaded initiatives aimed at promoting gender-responsive policies and practices in educational institutions, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and industry professionals. She earned a degree in B Com Honours Management from Great Zimbabwe University and has authored multiple researches emphasizing the critical need for gender equity in both education and workforce development.
