Biography
Bulakali Paulin is the Regional Program Coordinator for West Africa at Bibliothèques Sans Frontières (BSF).
He has a background in software engineering and an MBA in Finance, with extensive experience in technical, managerial, and leadership roles. His work has taken him across West, East, and Central Africa, where he has successfully led complex projects in multicultural environments. Paulin is particularly skilled in cultural project management, digital content creation, and human-centered communication, ensuring that reports, strategies, and proposals are fluid, engaging, and well-formulated in both English and French.
