Ahmed Dahhouki is an expert in administrative management and public finance, specialising in the optimisation of educational processes and executive training. Currently attached to the Ministry of Finance, he has a wealth of experience in public administration and educational governance. With a doctorate in philosophy and French literature, and a diploma from France's École Nationale d'Administration (ENA), he combines academic expertise with field experience.
