Biography
Theoneste Ntalindwa is an Elearning Officer and researcher at the University of Rwanda from 2015 where he is working as the Moodle Learning Management System administrator. He is responsible of a common University eLearning platform implementation and management in all six colleges of the University of Rwanda where he succeeded to marge all different Learning Management systems from different colleges into a single platform and he supports all University’s staff and its partners in using Moodle and participates in the instructional design of courses. Previously Theoneste worked as an IT professional at the same University from 2012 where he developed various software applications that are being used by the University. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science with Education from Kigali Institute of Education (currently University of Rwanda – College of Education). He continued to master’s program at the University of Madras (India) where he got a Master of Science in Information Technology. Currently, he is doing a Ph.D. at the University of Rwanda where he is interested in developing Educational Applications to support the inclusion of learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities into the competency-based curriculum in Rwandan Basic Education.
