Biography
Pauline Ngimwa, works for the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR) as Programme Coordinator for Higher Education. She has previously worked as an OER researcher at the Open University, UK. Before that she was a Team Leader for online academic programmes at the African Virtual University (AVU). Prior to her recent engagements, she worked as an Information Manager with the British Council Library in Nairobi. Her research interests are in digital educational resources with a special focus on digital libraries and OER in African Higher Education. She has published in these areas and participated in review panels of international journals. She holds a PhD in Educational Technology from the Open University of UK, a BSc. and a Masters in Information Science, and a second Masters of Research in Educational Technology.
