Biography
Mounaim MAKHTARI (PhD) is Certiport Sr. Director for EMEA region. He brings more than 20 years experience in the field of assessemenet, training and cerification. He worked on different government (Oman, Libya, Saudi...) to implement digital skills initiatives for teachers, students and employees.
Before joining Certiport, he worked as a researcher (at CNR-Italy) where he managed high profile research and development projects in the field of semiconductors.
Mounaim holds a Ph.D. Catania University (Italy) and Meknes University (Morocco). He published more than 14 papers in international scientific journals and participated in many international conferences related to IT and Education. He also holds a Master degree in Business Administration from High Business School of Liege University (Belgium).
