Biography

Megan thrives on creating education for impact. As an instructional design practitioner with over 10 years of hands-on experience, she has worked across course and programme design, development and implementation for top tier university clients in South Africa, the US and the UK. Because of the diversity of her work experience, she has a unique perspective on the importance of aligning programme design to programme delivery to ensure that pedagogical strategies are implemented effectively. Her specific area of interest is measuring impact through analysing student learning gains and ROI for institutions. At Groundflr, she leads a team that thrives on building adult education that utilises digital pedagogy approaches to further accessibility and career advancement for learners across Africa.
