Biography
Mary is a Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of work experience in different industries in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and the UK including; Banking, Tourism, Tech and Consultancy. Mary currently works as the Director of People & Culture at Irembo a technology company that designs and develops digital products focused on users in Africa, starting with Rwanda. At Irembo, Mary is a thought leader for all managers on organizational and people related matters.
Mary holds an MBA - International Business, a Degree in Arts with Education, and Certifications in Counselling & Pyshotherapy, Training of Trainers, ROI and SHRM-SCP. Through this strong academic foundation, Mary has attained all round understanding of general business management, and the best way to align people needs with business success.
