Biography
Dr. Aduwo Jennifer Rose is the Dean School of Distance Learning and Information Technology, at Uganda Management Institute (UMI), Uganda. She is an experienced and competent teacher, trainer, a researcher and a consultant in the discipline of Computer Science; with areas of specialization being Machine Learning. Professionally, she works has a Principal Consultant, Information Technology at UMI as a full time staff. she is the president for Governance and Finance for the Association of African Development Learning Centres an affiliation of the Global Development Learning Network coordinated by the World Bank. Jennifer Rose Aduwo holds a PhD in Computer Science and Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science all from Makerere University, Uganda and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. She has over 15 years’ practical work experience in Computer science and her research interests are on machine learning for crop disease detection to enhance its management.
