Biography
Jaye Richards-Hill has been involved in education and training for nearly thirty years, latterly as a Principal Teacher working in a learning community setting, tasked with disseminating research and best practice in a number of schools from nursery through to secondary level. Jaye has specialist qualifications in education leadership and management, child developmental psychology and the use of IT to enhance learning and Teaching. Jaye is a partner and managing director at Tablet Academy Africa. Most recently, she was asked to join the Scottish Government ICT Excellence in Education working group set up by the Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Education and has previously worked on other national policy groups including looking at future models of assessment for the Scottish Qualifications Authority. She is an engaging and disruptive conference speaker who will push an audience into places they might find challenging or even uncomfortable, but ultimately, rewarding.
