Biography
Jan Willem Eggink (1958) lives and works in Rwanda since 2015. Together with his wife, Gerry van der Hulst, he started Three Mountains learning advisors to help companies, projects and organisations in Rwanda to develop effective blended training programmes. Before coming to Rwanda, he had his own training and consultancy company in The Netherlands. Since 1986 he has trained and advised hundreds of people and companies in Europe and Africa on how to improve their communication and align their practice with their goals. The Life Skills Academy is his latest initiative.
