Biography
Dr Ndayambaje Irénée is the Director General of Rwanda Education Board (REB) since 14thFebruary 2018. Prior to that, he has served as a Lecturer at University of Rwanda-College of Education (UR-CE). He holds a PhD in Educational Planning. He has a wide teaching, research and consultancy in education. He has taught in different local and regional higher learning institutions, published 12 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, co-authored books in the areas of Research, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. He has been employed on several occasions as researcher as well as consultant by local and international agencies such as African Institute for Development and Policy (AFIDEP), UNICEF, UNESCO, and VVOB in various social sciences researches.
