Biography
Vastly experienced in designing and implenting of youth led projects aimed at developing skills for young men and woman with the goal of connecting them with dignified jobs. Over the past 6 (six) years, Innih implemented projects such as the EKoBits ICT Academy, EdoBits ICT Academy, Tech4women projects with over 2,000 direct beneficiaries.
As the head of the Poise graduate finishing academy (2020 - 2022), Mr Ikhide trained and menotored over 5000 youths in the career kickstart and enetrepreneurship skills projects aimed at bridging the gaps between skills obtained from tertiary institution and the future of work.
Innih has supported many local and international donor organisations, providing consultancy to organisations that help build skills for young people in Nigeria. Mr Ikhide supports Butterfly Works, a creative design studio in Netherlands on a project aimed at buillding a learning community on digital literacy and future skills for TVET and EDCs.
