Biography

Ethel  is  currently the Regional Director of Worldreader's programs in Ghana and West Africa providing oversight of Worldreaders Digital Reading Programs across several schools and libraries.  She has over fifteen years of  strategic leadership and program management experience in increasingly responsible roles within the  education, public health and development sectors. Most recently she has been supporting the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment under the Ministry of Education together to review the pre-tertiary curriculum. She was previously a Country Director and Program Officer of Program Design and Quality Assurance for Right to Play's West and Francophone Africa (WAFA) Regional Office. While at Right to Play, she provided strategic leadership in program design and the management and assessment of all training and continuous learning programs in Ghana, Benin, Rwanda, Liberia and Mali. 

Ethel holds a Master of Philosophy Degree in Public Health from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and Sociology from the same University.
