Biography
David Rurangirwa works for USAID/Rwanda as a Senior Education Specialist and Deputy Director for the Education Office. His portfolio includes project design and management in the areas of youth workforce development and ICT for Education and other areas of development. Prior to joining USAID, David worked as the Director of Rwanda Development Gateway Center at the National University of Rwanda, and as a computer technology instructor at the College of Education. David is a Fulbright alumnus and holds a M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering from Michigan State University, College of Engineering.
