David Mandelbaum

Biography

David Mandelbuam works on the Global Operations team at Zipline International, where he is responsible for the company's Training, Certification, and Operational Excellence programs. He has developed the training and certification program for new employees at Zipline's distribution centers, which combines online learning through slides and video, apprenticeship, and on-the-job training. He is excited to continue expanding Zipline's training programs as the company expands to new regions and countries.

Prior to Zipline, David worked in management consulting at Bain & Company in San Francisco, focusing on organizational design, strategy, and performance improvement, and received a B.A. in Computer Science from Yale University. He is currently based in Kigali, Rwanda.
