Biography
Carole Benda brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of capacity development. She works as an Advisor in the Sector Project on TVET at the German development cooperation (GIZ) whose focus is to advice the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Between 2018 and 2022 she worked for decentralization and employment promotion projects in Tunisia. Before joining GIZ in 2010 Carole Benda worked for the private sector as a Training and Development Specialist and as a teacher. She has a Master in European Relations (France).
