Biography
Andrew Moore completed a M.Ed degree specializing in Computer Assisted Education at the University of Pretoria in 2002. He has worked with OER Africa since its inception where he has worked as a materials developer, instructional designer, web interface designer and educational technology trainer. He is currently a project manager for a number of OER projects running at universities in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi & Mozambique."
