Biography
Sunah Keili is a Sierra Leonean ecosystem builder working at the intersection of public sector leadership, innovation, and youth entrepreneurship. As Ecosystem Lead, she contributes to national efforts within the Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation, supporting the design and coordination of programs aimed at strengthening Sierra Leone’s innovation ecosystem and advancing a digitally inclusive economy.
Her work focuses on translating policy into practice, ensuring that national priorities are effectively implemented through structured platforms that expand access to opportunities for young people, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders. She has been involved in the development and execution of initiatives that build capacity, foster collaboration, and support the progression of early-stage ideas toward investment readiness.
In addition, she leads and founded Skool Grind, an initiative that creates practical pathways for young people to develop skills, explore entrepreneurship, and scale solutions. Her approach is grounded in consistency, collaboration, and a strong commitment to inclusive ecosystem growth.
