Biography

Mustapha Diyaol Haqq is a technology entrepreneur and the Founder of Okuafo Foundation, an initiative focused on transforming agriculture in Africa through artificial intelligence, digital tools, and scalable farmer training systems. His work centers on bridging the gap between advanced agricultural technologies and smallholder farmers by building practical, deployable solutions.

Through Okuafo, Mustapha is developing AI-powered mobile applications, crop diagnostic systems, and autonomous farming technologies designed specifically for African farming conditions. His approach combines real-time data, machine learning, and field-level accessibility to improve productivity, reduce losses, and modernize farming practices.

He is also the founder of Farmba Ag, where he is leading the development of modular autonomous agricultural rovers and sensor systems aimed at enabling precision agriculture at scale across emerging markets. Mustapha’s broader mission is to build the infrastructure for a new generation of African farmers, equipping them with the tools, skills, and systems needed to thrive in an AI-driven agricultural future. His work sits at the intersection of agriculture, robotics, and digital education, with a strong focus on scalable impact across the continent.
