Biography
Margaret Jackson, FLPI, ACC (Associate Certified Coach), is the Managing Partner of Rainbow Consult and Convener of the L&D Africa Conference. She serves as Board Chair of HR Network Africa and Leaders Fort Institute and sits on the Advisory Boards of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) and ANDE West Africa. She also hosts Growth N’ Grind Africa, a radio program amplifying conversations on leadership, growth, and transformation across the continent. An award-winning Learning and Development (L&D) professional, Margaret brings over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. She is a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds multiple L&D credentials, including LPI Fellow, Expert Facilitator, Certified Online Learning Designer, IFC Master Trainer, Master Instructional Designer, and LPI Assessor. Her expertise spans adult learning, instructional design, leadership, compliance, and mental health fitness coaching. Margaret has worked with international and regional organizations such as IFC, CIPE, Amnesty International, Access Bank Ghana, First Atlantic Bank, Coca-Cola, UNDP, Sightsavers, and the Millennium Development Authority, leading initiatives in learning, leadership, and enterprise development across Africa. She has designed and delivered programs that empower women and youth, including financial literacy projects for over 1,500 women, the Access Bank Mini-MBA across ten African countries, and mentorship programs supporting young women in STEM. She has also led rapid-response learning interventions during crises, including COVID-19 webinars for SMEs and post-Ebola recovery support in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea. A passionate speaker and mentor, Margaret continues to inspire the next generation of leaders while championing leadership excellence and organizational impact across Africa. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and swimming and draws inspiration from her family as a wife and mother of two, bringing the same care and passion to all areas of her life.
